Former Israeli government spokesperson Eylon Levy says the Iranian regime is not responding to rational incentives or to the acceptance of conventional military defeat.
“This is something America’s war planners are going to have to consider, to what extent the regime is rational,” Mr Levy told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“If the regime does not respond to rational incentive, if it can’t be brought to a deal by having its oil blockaded, or military facilities destroyed, if it doesn’t accept conventional military defeat … I think that shows why it was so important to stop the Iranian regime getting a nuclear weapon.”
