A deal priced at BGN 95 or more? It is not clear.
The transfer of the shares in Hermes Solar Ltd. began in December 2023, and initially, after unfulfilled instructions, a refusal was received from the Registry Agency. Follows appeal to the court and a decision to revoke the refusal, after which on 27.02.2024 the transfer was registered in the Commercial Register. The contract for the sale of 95% or 95 company shares of Hermes Solar” Ltd. was signed on 21.12.2023 between Snezhana Karova and “Port Logistics Burgas” EOOD. Each of the units has a nominal value of BGN 1 (one). According to the terms of the contract entered in the Commercial Register, the sale price has been agreed in a separate agreement between the parties. A few days ago, it was also found out that a company that owns buildings from Dogansaray claims over 35 decares of state land from the Rosenets Park. The company ” Straightline” EAD, which is owned by the “architect of Dogan” Kalin Tiholov, has requested to be registered as a co-owner of the terrain, including areas of the seabed and the sea area – public state property. The Regional Governor of Burgas, Plamen Yanev, has appealed the application and a long court procedure is expected in the case.
For years, the state has been failing to protect its interests and demolish the established illegal buildings and the illegal pier of Dogansaray.

Dogan also has properties in Rosenets, a powerful boat and a yacht.
