    Gordon Ramsay is set to make his Central European debut as two leading international players in the hospitality industry announced a long-term partnership to bring the iconic Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill to Hungary. The restaurant will open in the summer of 2026 in the Dorothea Hotel building, further enhancing Budapest’s gastronomic appeal with the arrival of one of the world’s most renowned chefs, Turizmus.com reports.

    Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, founded by the world-renowned, multi-Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay, is one of the largest privately owned restaurant groups in the United Kingdom. The group operates over 30 restaurants across the UK and more than 60 internationally, from London to Dubai, Singapore, and Chicago.

    The group boasts a total of eight Michelin stars and is behind the development of a number of world-class gastronomic experiences, including London’s Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, which has proudly held three Michelin stars for over two decades, Dorothea Hotel writes in a statement.

    The opening of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill marks the Dorothea Hotel’s entry into a globally renowned restaurant network, bringing the chef’s signature style and culinary philosophy to Central Europe.

    The restaurant will reinterpret the Bar & Grill philosophy in a local context, combining premium-quality Hungarian ingredients sourced from sustainable farms with Ramsay’s signature international style.

    The Budapest menu will feature the famous chef’s signature dishes inspired by American and British classics, as well as sophisticated interpretations of traditional Hungarian favorites.

    Gordon Ramsay, who was spotted in the Hungarian capital just a few days ago, said: “Budapest is a beautiful city with fascinating architecture and a rich cultural and culinary history. I am thrilled to be joining this vibrant gastronomic scene with the opening of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill at the Dorothea Hotel.”
