According to organizers, the parade will begin at 11 a.m. at 15th Street and Constitution Avenue NW and travel east on Constitution Avenue NW to 7th Street NW. The reviewing stand will be near Constitution Avenue and 12th Street NW, and the parade is scheduled to end at 5 p.m.
Festival-related traffic impacts begin Saturday, D.C. police said. Portions of Pennsylvania Avenue, Constitution Avenue, 4th Street and 6th Street NW near the National Mall will be closed through late Sunday. Police also said 7th Street NW between E Street and Constitution Avenue may close intermittently from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Organizers said spectators can access the parade route from the Smithsonian, Federal Triangle, Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter, Metro Center and L’Enfant Plaza Metro stations.
Drivers should avoid Constitution Avenue and the Federal Triangle area during parade hours and expect the heaviest impacts near the National Mall and Washington Monument. Those heading downtown from Virginia should plan for delays and consider alternate routes.
Police said emergency no-parking restrictions will be in effect on affected streets throughout the weekend. Vehicles parked in violation may be ticketed and towed.
